Bill Introduced in U.S. House to Protect "Water Systems" from PFAS Liability

U.S. House members Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (Washington) and Celeste Maloy (Utah) introduced legislation titled: Water Systems PFAS Liability Protection Act (“Act”). This would provide liability protection for water utilities under CERCLA for per – and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
