Warren W. Howe, P.E.

Warren W. Howe has more than fifteen years of environmental and plant engineering experience. He was the Environmental Engineering Manager for a Fortune 500 Food Processing and Agronomy company with corporate responsibility for environmental engineering functions. His experience also includes Process Safety Management, Risk Management, and other safety engineering functions. Mr. Howe also has more than four years of direct plant engineering experience with responsibilities ranging from system design, construction, and project management to supervision of plant maintenance activities and utility system operation. Mr. Howe also has significant wastewater treatment operation, evaluation and design experience. He is a certified Nutrient Management Specialist and is certified in Georgia as a Level II Design Professional for erosion and sediment control plans. He has both a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Certificate of Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he is also a registered Professional Engineer in several states.
